Government has sanctioned remuneration to ASHA’s to the following purposes
  1. Anti Natal Registration & Delivery
  2. House Hold Survey & Child tracking
  3. Immunization
      The Medical Officers In charge of the following Institutions have requested to funds under the above heading for payment of remuneration of ASHA as noted in the annexure.
Sanction is accorded to release a sum of Rs.6,58,910/- (Rupees Six lakhs Fifty Eight  thousand Nine hundred and ten only) to the Medical Officer In charge concerned, for payment of remuneration to ASHA for Antenatal Registration & Delivery, House hold survey & Child Tracking (House hold survey @Rs.5/- and child tracking @ Rs.50/-) and Immunization charging the expenditure under A.1.4.JSY, B.1.3. and C.1.4. respectively .The amount will be drawn and disbursed to ASHA’s by Medical Officer In charge through PHN to JPHN concerned.  Payment to ASHA’s should be made as per guidelines issued by govt.order read as 4th paper above.

1. Epidemic and communicable disease  control activities - 



Fund may be utilised for  Organisation of Medical Camps,Mobility support,Public team work,
IEC Activities,Co-ordination meeting, logistics arrangements etc




2.Mobility support-
POL and Mobility support ,Field level disease control activities,for implementation
 of Public Health Activitiec,  for Medical team  etc.




3.Institutional Level RRT Meeting and Others-Organisation of RRT Meeting,for Out Break
investigation,POL/Mobility support,Smple collection ,Printing ,making copies of Treatment
guidelines  and reports etc

This Fund  may be used for Intensive campaign with community leaders,LSG members,Health workers,ASHAs,NGOs,Volounteers ,Casual labour on daily wages, etc will be organized  in each area to clear all mosquito breeding  sources.The campaign will last for  2 days and will be prepared  weekly for 3 consecutive weeks.The amount may  be utilized for publicity ,mobility support,light refreshment and arrange all logistics for campaign using the fund . This amount may also used for purchasing insecticides ,larvicides and chemicals.
SOE  should be  submitted  on or before  15/11/2012
